# Flash MX 2004 animation problem

I have been working a problem for several weeks now and I wave the white flag. Below is a link where you can down load 2 flash files. I would really appreciate any help. The file skinHolder.fla is a movie that selects a random background and loads it into a movie clip. the file skin2.fla is one of the flash backgrounds it is loading in. It works good on high speed connections but for some reason on lower speeds (and random times on high speeds) it will not load properly. I have tested several differnt ways using the bandwidth profiler running skinHolder.swf and it doeswnt seem to work properly on slower speeds. Could someone please download the 2 files and let me know what is going wrong. I have been working and tracing for weeks and it is driving me nuts. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
