I purchased the Essential Actionscript 2.0 book by Moock, and I was totally blown away as an Actionscript newbie…

it may as well have been written in russian.

does anyone know of a simple and clear book with projects, for Flash MX 2004. I did purchase the Peachpit press books for CSS, HTML, and DHTML and those were excellent.

Any other recommendations? Does anyone have the Joshua Davis book?
