What is the fastest frame rate that flash permits. Is their anything that controls what the fastest frame rate can be; can it vary.

bear in mind that not all users have a fast machine, remember, the higher the fps, the more the processor has to do every second … and more than 30 is rarely useful

the maximum flash allows is 120 fps
