# Flash navigation displayed over html

Hello,

My first time here… How are ya? +)

I am making a website for a school project and wanted to make a flash navigation menu.  
I guess it’s simple enough to save a panel to fit the flash within the panel and play the .swf  
but I was wondering if it is possible to just save a panel for the initial nav. bar instead of reserving a whole panel size so it could fit until the drop down menu. I think someone is selling a plugin or some sort for dreamweaver to allow this: ![](http://pcwin.com/media/images/screen/58976-drop_down_flash_menu.gif)

is this possible to do without this product? Any thoughts?
