# Flash Newbie Assistance Request

I have seen several sites that have a canvas that is the ui, and in the center they have an area devoted to cycling images.

Recently I saw one that has a border that is drawn around the image in the center (using masks I think) and then as the images cycle, even if they are different sizes, the border adjusts to be the right size. Can anyone show / explain how to accomplish this effect?
