# Flash on a webpage

How did they do this effect?

See in the top corner the flash movie goes on top of all the html and then can be hidden [closed]. I’ve also seen flash movies that move across the whole page in a cool way, I have searched all over for tutorials but I think I am using the wrong search keywords, does anyone have advice, links or could be kind enough to tell me how it is done?
