# Flash on CD

I have a quick question. Given that a flash is on a CD, will an immense flash file begin to show “lag”(slowness)? For instance, a 20 mb flash file with a few mp3 as well as huge jpeg pictures each switching off in a gallery. Will their be lag? Will a CPU speed (ghtz) help? or Memory? thanks
