# Flash outside placeholder?

If u look at [http://www.worldofwarcraft.com](http://www.worldofwarcraft.com) u can see the animeted banner in the topmiddle \> looks like the movie _extends_ outside the placehold frame and gets a transparent bg. How can u do this?
