# Flash part of my site not working when opened in browser

Greetings!

Have a problem here that I need to fix - have been searching the forums a few times over the last 2 days but have been unable to find a previous post about this.

The site I’m working on is a small simple one with part of it being flash. This flash file i basically a menu with 3 buttons on it. When the user presses one of the buttons it loads another .swf in another layer… Everything works fine if I go to the flash folder of my site folder located on my harddrive. If I open the index.html where the menu.swf is being used it shows everything like it’s supposed to, but when I press one of the buttons in the menu nothing happens…

Now, all the .swf files are in the same folder on my page and I also tried to load them using the absolute path, like:

[http://www.mysite.dk/flash/nameofmyfile.swf](http://www.mysite.dk/flash/nameofmyfile.swf)

Still the same problem…  
Hope I’m not crossposting - anyone up for a piece of good advice?
