I’ve been wanting to create a platform game for soooo long. I found a tutorial by Nathan Stockton on Kirupa, and got to work on it…
What I’ve come up with thus far is a game called Robo-Recon.

As you can see, it’s severely lacking in functionality, because I’m not an actionscript guru.
Still, its coming along a bit better than I thought it would, which is actually somewhat encouraging.
Any ideas for potential level concepts, or enemies, or whatnot, I’m open to suggestions! :yoshi:

… And if anyone is bored, or looking for a challenge, I’d loooove some help with game functionality and whatnot, because as you can see, once the character dies… nothing happens. And once the crystals are collected… nothing happens. You can download the source from [www.vectortrance.com/game/robo-recon.fla](http://www.vectortrance.com/game/robo-recon.fla)

If anyone actually bothers to download the .fla and tinker with game function, would you be so kind as to post a link to your updated file? :mario:
