# Flash player 6 - newer

i am using a modified version of this code, it’s a tutorial on how to get that effect.

only it only works if i export to flash player 6.(which is stated in the tutorial)  
is there a way i can make this work in newer flash players???  
coz i have run into some frame targeting issues due to it being  
before flash 8.

any suggestions? i am new to using AS2 or AS3 for that matter so  
no idea on what to do.  
thanks in advance for any help!
