# Flash player update problem ? my 1st flash 8 movie doesn´t run on some computers

Guys , the problem goes on here , I have invested a lot of time on that movie for it not to run on some desktop comp.
(I tested it on an University Network and it ran ) ;
has someone else have had the same kind of problem ?
I exported the html code with Publishing settings \>HTML\>Detect Flash Version checked ;
some people report that movie does not load then the message below appear , I prod them to click get flash , and the installation does not go on ;

THis is a novelty for me , haven´t had problems with mx 2004 or former versions ;

I created a movie on Flash mx 2004 , and recently , after installing flash 8 , I saved it with new version and exported it as a flash 8 movie ;
Henceforth some people complain that it does not run on their computers ;
I think it just can be a flash 8 player update problem on those people´s systems (?) ; I thought the code line …pluginspage=“[http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer](http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer)” /\> would take care of downloading and installing the player ;
so , how to fix this problem ?
