Hey guys,  
I posted a link to my site here a few weeks back, it opened with a splash page and gave a link to a pop up window which contained the flash, well you guys and several others advised against the pop up route. So i abandoned that and re designed and embedded the flash on the homepage.

Feedback and critiques welcome 🙂
