# Flash projector files and multiple swfs?

I have a project with many swf files loading dynamically.  
When I export my .app projector file only the main swf appears.  
Can you project multiple swf files into a .app or .exe file?  
do the swf files have to be within same directory of the projector files?  
any help would be appreciated.
