Flash Site Advice  
Greetings,

I use flash for alot of web banners etc. I can understand actions script enough to use it but not to write it. However I want to learn it and I figured the best way to do is to actually do a site. Ive done a couple of basic tutorials that take you to idfferent portions of the timeline etc.

[http://www.32round.com/](http://www.32round.com/) is the site i would like to mimic. I like the functionality and the way the menu and so on works.

Is there anyone here that can give me some pointers on what the best way to approach this is?
