# Flash swf works on computer but not on website

I made a flash slideshow with the tutorial here using the xml file. Everything works fine but when I upload it to my website it doesn’t work. The first picture will show and nothing after that. And now it’s stuck on the first picture. I changed the xml, and even deleted the picture off the server and the same pic shows up first. ARGH!!! Please advise.
