# Flash Tab Menu

I have this tab menu that uses swapDepth to change between pages. When I change the setting to publish it for anything greater than version 6 it stops working. there must be somthing in the code that stops it on version 7 or 8.

here is the FLA file.

If there is anyone that can see what is causing this It would be greatly appreciated.
