# Flash to control HTML without movie reload... help would be appreciated - thanks!

hello all,
ill admit it - ive been taught flash quite extensively, but i know nothing of html, javascript, iframes, php, etc. ill just throw on part of a conversation i had with someone detailing what im looking for:

so that’s what im looking for. id rather not use iframes as they
don’t autostretch, javascript confuses the hell out of me –
any help or links or anything would be greatly appreciated.
