I’m freelancing for a production company who has a corporate  
client who has a great flash animation already built and we want to use it  
in a video we’re shooting for them.

Can you tell me the technical aspects and dimensions we need to adjust the  
flash from built for web to useful and pretty in video? In Flash, we can  
export to QuickTime to drop into Final Cut, right? Keeping up on this stuff  
is intense sometimes…
