# Flash V VB.net

Hello  
I have a question that hopefully I can get an answer to.

If we imagine that someone is equally conversant with Flas AS and [VB.net](http://VB.net) which platform would be quicker to develop on.

Also, can flash do anything that .net can?  
I am guessing yes.
