# Flash Video - pausing player until viewer presses play on startup

hi there,

this is probably an easy one that someone could quickly send me a link or tutorial to, but usually when i embed my flash video, when i play it back, it loads and plays right away just fine. however, i think more common right now is to have the video load in but to stay paused until the viewer presses the play button. for example, [on this page](http://www.threadless.com/product/748/If_It_Ain_t_Metal), about half way down in the right column, where it says “Tee inspired A/V” if you press it, it brings the video in above it, but it doesn’t play until i want it to. how do i do this? your advice is much appreciated.
