# Flash with XML

Hello friends,  
I need to make an swf file. This will show the xml data. XML data has to be updated after every 1-2 minute. The swf file has not to be loaded again and again. Can anyone give me the solution. I need only solution for flash or Action Script. Every suggestion would be appreciated.
