# Flash / xml / scandinavian letters

The swf is importing information from an image.xml file, which determines which pictures to show. It’s also possible to add a comment for each picture in the .xml.

As a Norwegian, the comments-part is just working 50% for me, as we have some extra letters - Æ, Ø, Å (i don’t even know if you can see them). When i write something including these letters in the .xml-file, some parts of the text is gone.

I just can’t figure out how to fix this. If someone here has any experience about how to include “foreign” letters in flash / xml communication I hope that you can share it.
