That is the post…
Basically someone keeps spamming his SMS messaging system on his cell phone. The ip he gave is very very very similar to **dudeman** ’s IP
dudeman: 66.185.84.201
offending IP: 66.185.84.209
do you think we can nail dudeman with abusing/harrasing a forum member?
or do we just see this as a stupidity slip on flasherjazz’s part and let it slide?

blah… i think dudeman should be banned, not because of this, but cause of his ignorance and not following the rules. Then again, spamming flasherjazz’s cellie thingie also makes also a better reason to ban him… 🙂

make him admit it first, otherwise it’s a groundless ban :-\ the IP’s aren’t exactly alike, but VERY similar, I give you that 🙂

One of them seems extremely close (just one number off), but vBulletin has no record of him browsing with the offending IP ☹
