# Flashworks

I guess the best place to put this is here. Ok i have a problem with fireworks MX. When i want to use the paint button it never works. I keep getting a circle with a line though it like a no smoking sign w/o the cig. I dunno if have to do something to the layer first or what not. Thanks for help in advance

I think my young friend is referring to Fireworks…maybe you need to define an area before you can fill with the paint button. I use Illustrator and Photoshop, so it’s just a guess.

HAHA :lol:OMG i am so sorry, i guess i wasn’t thinking yea i mean fireworks, working on flash now so kind of dazing off so so sorry people
