I want to know how we can make floating flash add such as [www.sify.com, [URL=“http://www.indiatimes.com”]www.indiatimes.com, [URL=“http://www.rediff.com”]www.rediff.com](http://www.sify.com).

Such type of ads are very popular ow a days if you can help me out :jailbreak
