# Fluid/Fixed layout

How to do the layout like this template?

In this the body bg is a gradient. And there are two bubble image containers on left and right. That will not create a horizontal scrollbar is we reduce the browser window size. But if we reduce beyond the main area the scroll bar appears.

My need is to do the left and right containers which doesn’t use the horz scroll.  
How to do that in CSS-DIV?
