# FLV issue

Been having problems playing the flv files at my personal site, [http://homepage.oniduo.pt/pedrommramos/](http://homepage.oniduo.pt/pedrommramos/) , I already contacted the ISP regarding the flv mime, they said they supported flv format. But the fact is I can’t get an FLV to run no matter what I try.  
Can anyone send me an example of how an fla should be configured for flv progressive download?  
I would really appretiate any help with this.  
Though I have a feeling that the people at technical support of my ISP didn’t had the slightest idea of what I was talking about when I asked them about the mime…
