hello all,

i think i have read somewhere that i cant read an flv file form another server.

for example:

- [domain1.com](http://domain1.com) has video.flv in its storage
- [domain2.com](http://domain2.com) (not related to [domain1.com](http://domain1.com)) has a web page with a flash file into it. the flash file uses an flvplayback component. that component calls the video.flv from [domain1.com](http://domain1.com).

wasnt there some kind of restriction that would not allow [domain2.com](http://domain2.com) to stream from [domain1.com](http://domain1.com)’s storage?

i tried but it seems there was nothing stopping the video from being played. if anyone knows the doc on that, i would appreciate.
