# Flv problem!

I have a movie done in after effects 6.5 and i’m trying to export it as flv but i’m not happy with the resolution. I also tried to export an embeded quicktime movie in flash mx prof 2004 into flv. The resolution was great but i had no sound. How do i go about all these? thnks!
