# .flv with .swf animation in CS4

I have a 3 minute video in .flv format of a person speaking against a white background. It’s bound for a company landing page and I want to add some animation to the side of it in Flash. What’s the best way to accomplish this so that the .swf animation stays in sync with the .flv video?
