Hi to all of you.
I’m a newbie when it comes to animate stuff :cyclops:.
I have this logo : [http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/3843/logowebec1.gif](http://img134.imageshack.us/img134/3843/logowebec1.gif)

I want to animate that kite to fly for like 2seconds but I don’t know how to animate that ribbon.
Please give me some software names that can help me create a very simple animation. I never tried After Effects but can it create things like this ?

Thanks
