I want to propose a change of the footer rules. Instead of having your footer image and two lines of text you should be allowed to have your footer image, _one line of text_, and one or two of those small icons (80 pixels by 10/12 pixels) supporting a free organization/website that is trying to do good. (I know that sounded weird.) An example of this would be a small [PHP.net](http://PHP.net) icon, one of those cool ColourLovers ones, or even a kirupa/kForum one.
