Could any of you Flash Geniuses take a look at my fla , please? I just can’t sort it out!

I can’t get my slider to “walk” when I want it to…Is there like a stop action or something? Also, the slider won’t stay right underneath the button, so it looks all  
wrong!

What can I do?
