# Form mailing major problemo!

Knowing absolutely no coding or php of any description, I need a little help in finding a plug and play program that can do the following.

Create a Registration form for prospective clients to fill in and also (Very importantly) attach a photo of themselves.

This information should then be sent (when they click the submit button) to a pre-organised e-mail address.

If anyone can point me to a program that can solve this problem for me (paying or non paying) it would be a real help!
