# Form won't send e-mail properly

[color=white]I’m having trouble in having a form sending the filled-in information to my email.[/color]

[color=white]First time I try to submit information properly, I receive an email like this[/color]

from: [color=darkslateblue](unknown sender)[/color]  
subject: [color=darkslateblue]newsletter ()[/color]  
body:  
[color=darkslateblue]Submitted by \<TEXTFORMAT LEFTMARGIN=“2” LEADING=“2”\>\<P ALIGN=“LEFT”\>\<FONT FACE=“Verdana” SIZE=“11” COLOR="

Name: \<TEXTFORMAT LEFTMARGIN=“2” LEADING=“2”\>\<P ALIGN=“LEFT”\>\<FONT FACE=“Verdana” SIZE=“11” COLOR="

E-mail:[/color]

[color=white]When trying again, I don’t receive any email !![/color]

[color=white]I’ve based my form in this one: [/color][[color=blue]http://www.layoutgalaxy.com/html/htmnewletter55-page1.htm[/color]](http://www.layoutgalaxy.com/html/htmnewletter55-page1.htm)  
[color=white]When I copy both action layers from my form to that one, it still works.[/color]  
[color=white]I’ve also tried to insert the form layers inside of a movie clip, as I have it on my form, and that one still works (and it works how many times I want, one after another).[/color]

[color=white]I’ve already spent hours & hours trying to trace the error in my form, and I can’t find anything. :([/color]
