# Formatting a text field to show currency (euro)

Hey,

This is wrecking my head. I can’t figure out how to format a text field so that it shows me currency in the european format, that is:

1.000.000,00€

I am adding up text field values, so the outcome is :

1000000.00

that’s no goood.

Any help appreciated, sorry for my english.
