# Formatting Dynamically loaded text

Hi,

After completing the dynamic text loading tutorial, I’m attempting to format the text after it’s loaded with the following.

var loadText = new LoadVars();  
loadText.load(“data.txt”);  
loadText.onLoad = function() {  
name\_txt.text = this.name;  
email\_txt.text = this.email;  
location\_txt.text = this.location;  
};  
var formatObj = new TextFormat();  
formatObj.size = 10;  
formatObj.font = “\_serif”;  
formatObj.bold = true;  
name\_txt.setTextFormat(formatObj);

The text is loaded, but no formatting. What am I missing?
