I am calculating some numbers in Flash and then Type Casting them into a dynamic text field.

I have not found a way to format the number displayed in the dynamic text field to display the values in a Dollar and Cents format. My main concern is bring the decimal places down to 2.

Does anyone know a sample command that would allow me to format those return values. So that I can display the returns like this. i.e 000.00.

I understand that I can concantenate the symbols, I just need to figure out how to control the number display.

Thanks

Mike
