# Forms In Flash MX

Hello,  
Can someone help me. I need to know how to make a form in Flash MX but i want it to e-mail me what the person has entred in the form. I have done the tutorial on this site and the one on Macromedia wasent that helpful becuase i dont know how to use Cold Fusion. Can you help please?
