# Forms in flash

## hey, does anyone know how to make a form like this kinda layout :

Name : [text field]

E-Mail : [text field]

URL : [text feild]

Comments : [big text feild]

* * *

and then have a ‘submit’ button that sends all the info to u by email…please please help me, id really appreciate any info

there i a tutorial for that exact thing on [http://www.actionscript.org](http://www.actionscript.org)

but u need to be able to use PHP on your server
