# Forum installtion help

Hey,ive installed a new forum on my site but theres been some problem.ITs a YABB forum [http://yabbforum.com.Ive](http://yabbforum.com.Ive) chmodded and basically done everyhting the manual says but i get this error stating  
[COLOR=DarkSlateBlue]“Forbidden You don’t have permission to access /cgi-bin/yabb on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Apache/1.3.33 Server at [www.amps.ecwhost.com](http://www.amps.ecwhost.com) Port 80” [/COLOR]  
whenever i try the finished link.
