# Frame rate problem

I noticed there is a difference on the framerate between the swf file and the html file produced when you are publishing, i am currenlty working on something where some parts i am making something happen as a part of the music plays(like a beat), this framerate difference is creating problems for me when i am timing the music, as it is different in one or the other, anyone know why it is different or how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.

let me restate the problem, it plays a different frame rate depends on whether I use flash or a intenet browser to play it, not that the two different files have different frame rates.
