# Frames Question

Hi. I would really love to know how to create those small frame boxes that are so minimal and nice looking in sites like [http://www.surfstation.lu/](http://www.surfstation.lu/)  
I’ve tried using dreamweaver to do this but had no luck. Anybody knows how to do it? whether in javascript or etc? Any help is appreciated thanks 😉
