hello  
i’m new to Flash. i wanted to make a site for tsunami victims so this is it. but i am having some issues ajusting the percent 100 x 100 publishing for netscape. it works fine for internet explorer but netscape is totall off. any suggestions. also, internet explorer is a bit choppy, i don’t know if it is my computer or not having a preloader. or if it is because it is one big movie with hardly any code and a bunch of layers and just straight tweens.
