# Free Flash AS3 IDE?

My trial for flash CS3 ran out after I was working some projects. I have to wait for college to begin before I get free software from the IT department, so I was wondering what free and legal AS3 IDE’s exist?

I’m looking for the best one out there that’s been proven and is stable. All I do is use AS3, so I don’t need any stage or drawing API stuff if that matters.

I’m just a hobbyist, so I don’t wanna waste money for the CS3 version. I mean 699 USD is a rip-off.

So anyone suggestions or links to IDE’s you guys use? I can’t imagine all of you “bought” the full version.
