yea i remember that one too ashphalt, if i m not mistaken u r talkin about tht dude from surry b.c wich i thot was in uk, then usa and finally somoene corrected me that surry b.c is in canada 😛 hehehe ---

I don’t think it’s arrogant to ask for more information before sending off contact details and a portfolio to someone you’ve never met / spoken to before. Personally, I like to know who I’m dealing with before I do that, what they’re offering, and whether or not they’re on the level. Would you place a job advert on TotalJobs or Monster that just said “I want freelancers” and nothing else? And how many replies do you think you’d get? ---

If someone wants to hire some help, then they should approach it like a professional, not just hoping you will be inundated with offers of portfolios.
