# Fscommand char limit for exe file name?

I’m launching some exes with fscommand it seems like there is a character limit on the file name of the launched exe.

Can anyone confirm this? I just noticed that when I shortened the name of the file, the exe would run. When the name was longer, it didn’t.

I would like to know what the exact limit is so I can avoid this problem in the future.
