# Fscommand "exec"

Hi,  
I need open the Notepad in the Flash button release time  
my source code is

on (release) {  
fscommand(“exec”, “C:\WINNT\NOTEPAD.EXE”);  
}

but its not working. What problem i don’t know pls help me
