# Full Browser Flash Centering?

hey all,

i’m going by the tutorial “mastering Full Browser Flash” at [actionscript.com](http://actionscript.com).

and i’m having trouble getting my mc to center in the stage and browser…does anybody know how to do this?? here is the code i have on frame1:

```auto

Stage.scaleMode = "noScale";

stageListener = new Object();
stageListener.onResize = function() {
//code for response to browser resizing here...."i don't how to do resize it accordingly //stage.width *.5 mayb??
}
Stage.addListener(stageListener);
stageListener.onResize = function(){
var stageXCenter = stage.width * .5;
var stageYCenter = stage.height * .5;
}
stageListener.onResize = function(){
var stageXCenter = Stage.width * .5;
var stageYCenter = Stage.height * .5;
myClip._x = stageXCenter;
myClip._y = stageYCenter;
}

```

anybody have anyideas or tutorials that will help explain.
